Ordering and Payment

Orders may be placed over the phone, by e-mail, or by fax, or through our web ordering page.A confirmation of order will be sent to you, at which stage any errors or omissions must be notified to us.


Customers may also call in person at our shop and buy latex over the counter, where we accept credit cards, personal cheques or cash. Our opening hours are 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Quantities of less than 5 metres per colour will attract a 50% surcharge (from October 2007).


For new customers we will require full payment with order upon presentation of our pro-forma invoice. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone or by email or fax. We will also accept payment by bank transfer or cheque (goods can only be dispatched once cheques have been cleared).


For regular customers, we are pleased to offer account facilities, subject to references. Payment terms are strictly 30 days net, and accounts may be settled by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.


Refunds and Exchanges

If the goods we sell you are in any way faulty, or are not what you ordered, then we will happily exchange them or refund you your money.


If you decide you want to exchange what you have bought for another colour or thickness, we will do so free of charge, provided you return the goods to us unopened and in saleable condition (please note we cannot exchange part-rolls).
