New shipping terms to EU countries.

Please be aware of the following important guidance regarding orders from EU customers.

UK VAT is no longer be applied to private EU customers. Our online shop will add the UK 20% VAT at checkout to UK based customers only. 

No tariffs will apply to our products but you will be required to pay the destination's country VAT before receiving your consignment. DHL will also apply a handling or admin fee of €15.00. 

The consignment will be sent in DAP terms. This means, orders will be sent to the requested delivery address but you will have to pay the VAT to your country's tax and customs office before the delivery is processed. This will be handled by the delivery courier - in most cases the courier will be DHL.

Our couriers will handle the customs process for you and let you know the amount to be paid by email, prior to the delivery. Please note, the total amount paid for your order will be converted to Euros (€), or to your local currency, before calculating the destination's country VAT %. Remember an additional handling fee of €15.00 (in the case of DHL) will be added to the final bill.
